It has been my privilege to serve as Erie County Democratic Party chair for the past 13 years, especially at this historic and challenging moment for Democrats and New Yorkers.

Together, in the face of incredible odds we have accomplished so much – but there is more to do in 2025, when President Trump’s MAGA extremism threatens our economy, our health care, our civil liberties, and the foundations of our democracy.

We have shown our strength and unity even when the national tide runs against Democrats, and we must commit to maintaining our momentum and expanding our successes as we head into a year of critical county and town races.
